Rebuild your Desktop File (OS 9)

Clear your PRAM (OS 9 & OS X with Wired Keyboard)

Check your internal clock battery (Is the date & time correct?)

Be sure your external devices are plugged in and turned on

Do a total set-up on your printer

Write down your system version, memory and hard drive information
